What happens if I'm not satisfied with my order?Because we feel that we offer the highest quality products at the best prices, and we inspect and pack all of our orders with care, we think you'll be extremely satisfied with your purchases. However, there are times when items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case for you, we'll gladly replace them.
When returning items, please fill out the form on the back of the invoice and enclose it with your return. If you no longer have your invoice, you can download a printable return form. Returns may be sent to our post office box via the U.S. Postal Service. We recommend insuring your return. Because this is a post office box, please do not send your package by UPS or Federal Express. Please allow 1-3 weeks for the return to be received and processed. If you are expecting a return shipment, please allow 2-4 weeks for the new package to arrive.
