General Description
The PEP (Prayer, Exhortation and Praise) team is responsible for
leading the congregation into the presence of God the ministering in
Praise & Worship, Exhortation and Prayer.

List of Duties
The P.E.P. team’s primary role is to provide the ministry of praise and worship at ECC prior to the ministry of the Word. This includes but is not limited to: singing songs of praise, praying and leading confessions, and leading worship. Every P.E.P. member is required to attend weekly rehearsals. Each member of the team will be expected to know and understand the biblical principles of praise and worship.

Spiritual Maturity Requirements
All candidates must:
- complete New Partner’s Class & display the heart of a ministry partner
- be prompt
- employ the Fruit of the Spirit
- have regular attendance at ECC Worship Services
- strive to live holy

- must have a musical gift/talent
- must have a pleasant attitude
- must have boldness
- must be able to praise and worship God in every situation
- must know and understand the biblical principles of praise and worship
