General Description
ECC Ministry Concierge serves as a source of information concerning upcoming events for partners and guest. The concierge is available after worship service to answer questions about events, assist partners and guest to sign-up for events and to provide general information about the ministry. The concierge is stationed at the concierge desk, located in the foyer area directly outside of the sanctuary. The Concierge Staff is a fixed team of 5. The team members alternate weeks of service.

List of Duties
Concierge is responsible for: Setting up the concierge table (NLT 30 minutes prior to service), ensuring that all flyers and materials for distribution are available, knowing the details of upcoming events, answering questions about upcoming events, assisting partners and guest to sign–up for events, following up with partners and guest (via telephone, email, and/or postal mail) to confirm their attendance at meetings/events.

Spiritual Maturity Requirements
All candidates must:
- complete New Partner’s Class & display the heart of a ministry partner
- be prompt
- employ the Fruit of the Spirit
- have regular attendance at ECC Worship Services
- strive to live holy

Skill Requirements
- Good organization skills and time management
- Good etiquette and manners
- Well-spoken, articulate, comfortable speaking with others
- Basic computer skills/email skills
